We’ve reserved limited room blocks at three hotels to fit different budgets and preferences: • Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes – This is where all wedding events will take place. • JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes – Located on the same property as the Ritz-Carlton and within easy walking distance. • Courtyard Marriott – A more cost-effective option, just a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the venue. We recommend arriving by Friday evening, March 6, 2026. Wedding weekend events will run from Friday, March 6 through Sunday morning, March 8, with the ceremony and reception taking place on Saturday, March 7.

The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO) — about 15–20 minutes from the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes. Rideshares, taxis, and rental cars are all easily available from the airport.

If you're staying at the Ritz-Carlton or JW Marriott, everything wedding-related is walkable within the resort property. If you're staying off-site or want to explore Orlando, consider renting a car or using Uber/Lyft.
